Paintings, drawings and objects are part of private and public collections.
In 2022 Museum Tongerlohuys has re-opened its sculpture garden with four sculptures commissioned in 2009 by the city of Roosendaal (NL). The objects depict its industrial, religious and cultural roots.
In 2018 Riekus participated in the group exhibition LEBENSWEGE - Rob Scholte Klasse in the Kasseler Kunstverein.
In 2021 Riekus curated and participated in the group exhibition Terrain Inconnu - Vrienden van Ger in Museum Tongerlohuys, Roosendaal.
Riekus dedicated two works to the French feminist 'captain of freedom' Louise Michel.
In 2019 composer and director of the Musicology department at the University of Bourgogne (Dijon) Jean-Baptiste Médard invited Riekus to exhibit five of his resin paintings at the latest edition of his unique music festivals in Clefmont.
